Karatta Frog Island Selection Sauvignon Blanc

Cracka Rating

Cracka Review

The 2011 Sauvignon Blanc grapes were picked early to retain crisp and zesty acid. They were fermented by natural yeast with a long cool ferment, controlled by refrigeration in order to maintain a well structured palate. The wine was kept in stainless steel storage until bottling to maintain its freshness and fruit flavours.

Appearance: Bright pale straw.

Nose: Attractive guava, herbal and citrus aromas with a slightly herbaceous overtone.

Palate: Crisp lemon, lime and pineapple flavours with hints of green beans and freshly cut grass.
