The arresting cow on the label of the Krinklewood range is a tribute to the noble Limousin cattle they breed on the property. This Shiraz was crafted using biodynamic principals as winemaker Rod Windram believes in healthy sustainable practices bring out the best in his fruit and his cattle. It’s a very regional wine showing the Hunter Valley at its best with lifted berries, some savoury spice and integrated oak. It’s medium bodied with a rich mouthfeel and soft tannins.
Ruby Red in colour, this wine displays lifted berry fruits and classic Hunter spice aromas intergrated well by savoury oak. It is a medium bodied wine with a rich fruit palate well balanced by soft tannins & savoury oak.
