Jeremy Oliver (2006 Vintage) says
While this young, slightly herbal and oaky pinot lacks genuine conviction, it has plenty of flavour. Scented with sweet red rose petals, red cherries, plums and ripe raspberries with undertones of slightly varnishy oak, cloves and cinnamon, cedar and walnut, it's also backed by a hint of green pea. Long and fine, finishing slightly fragile and ethereal, it's just a little under-ripened, with restrained fruit and edgy, greenish tannins wrapped in spicy, slightly angular acids.

A delicate floral perfume of red cherries, berries, cloves and cinnamon with sweet undertones of bubblegum like oak reveals slightly herbal, stalky undertones. It's juicy and generous, with pleasing length and brightness but should develop more length, power and intensity with time in the bottle. Waiting to fill out, but should do it well.
