This biodynamically farmed viognier from the cool Canberra District has bright stone fruits and gingery complexity, some spice, citrus and savoury winemaking. Barrel-fermentation adds texture and nutty background interest. The palate's built around chirpy acidity, and a little grip through the finish is spot-on.
