One-third each of Mount Barker, Porongurup and Frankland, this is a riesling of crystalline restraint, understated fragrance and enduring persistence. Lime zest, granny smith apple and lemon blossom unite in a calm and focused style of seamless flow, driven by impeccably integrated yet unnervingly linear acidity, undeterred on a very long finish, accented by gentle chalk mineral texture. One of Cherubino’s greats.

Such a beautiful combination of delicacy and plate intensity. It is almost ethereally light with beautiful spices and citrus nuances on the nose. So pristine and pure on the palate with a spicy lemon blossom combination with a bracing fine acidity sustaining a very long palate. Classic stuff.

An outstandingly precise and complete wine whose pristine, heady perfume of lavender, white flowers, pear, apple and lime juice reveals mineral undertones of wet granite. It's generous and mouthfilling, bursting with juicy flavours of fresh pear, apple and lemon flavours underpinned by slatey phenolics before a tightly focused, marginally sweet but streamlined finish of lingering fruit, crunchy acids and finely textured mineral notes.

Attractive sweet florals to start with, some gentle lime oil and grapefruit peel, really taut and focused - super-fresh. Considerable volume on the palate, really fleshy and smooth, it sweeps lime juice and lemon sherbet flavour smoothly across, finishing clean and teflon-like.

This is sourced from the Porongurups and it is a beautiful example of the delicacy and finesse of this area for riesling. Brings a light spicy limey character to the wine. It's quite low in alcohol but the flavour carries forever on a beautifully pristine and pure plate. Effortless and very long his is class riesling.
