Expert Reviews

James Halliday (2009 Vintage) says
Deeply coloured, with concentrated and essency blackcurrant pastille, dried herbs and cedar on the bouquet; medium-to full-bodied with ample fine-grained tannins playing a prominent role on the palate; surprisingly fleshy and generous for a Tasmanian cabernet blend.
Australian Wine Companion 2014 Edition 2013
James Halliday (1992 Vintage) says
Medium red; the bouquet is much lighter than the '93, with pleasant leaf, earth and tobacco aromas. The palate delivers rather more sweetness and mouthfeel than the bouquet suggests it will, albeit with cedary/leafy overtones in typical Tasmanian style.
