Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (2001 Vintage) says
Grown at Alexandra, in Central Otago, the 2001 vintage is light (10.7 per cent alcohol) and racy. It's a slightly sweet style (12 grams/litre of sugar) with good depth of lemony, appley flavours and high acidity giving it a slightly tart finish. Best drinking 2004+.

James Halliday (1999 Vintage) says
Light green-yellow; the bouquet is crisp, lively and minerally, the palate likewise but with some citrus elements on the mid to back palate, finishing with some emphasis.

Michael Cooper (1998 Vintage) says
Grown at Alexandra in Central Otago, the pate 1998 vintage was stop-fermented with a splash of sweetness. It offers reasonable depth of lemony, appley flavour and a quire high-acid finish.
