Michael Cooper (2000 Vintage) says
Lincoln's middle-tier Chardonnay was named after the daughter-in-law of the founder, Petar Fredatovich. At its best, as in 1998 it's an upfront style, with rich, ripe fruit characters shining through. Grown in Gisborne and fermented and aged for 10 months in American oak casks, the full-bodied, freshly scented 2000 vintage has citrusy, appley fruit characters, very clean, delicate and crisp, with moderate complexity and a less assertive wood influence than in the past.

Michael Cooper (1998 Vintage) says
Lincoln's new middle-tier Chardonnay from the 1998 vintage is a big step up from some of the winery's releases of the past. Named after the daughter-in-law of the founder, Petar Fredatovich, it was grown in Chris Parker's vineyard in Gisborne and fermented in American oak casks (75 per cent new). Perfumed, toasty oak aromas lead into a very clean and delicate wine with strong grapefruit-like flavours wrapped in toasty oak.
