Lindemans Regional Range Hunter Valley Semillon Bin 045
Linedmans association with the Hunter Valley goes back well over a century, so they know the region pretty well. This semillon is in the typical Hunter vein of being dry and quite citrusy, with touches of stone fruits, slatiness and honeysuckle. The palate is light and starting to mellow, with some juicy lemon and soft honey flavours, approachable acidity, and a decent, honey and toast-tinged finish. Great with grilled fish.
Lindeman’s is a story of 170 years of continued entrepreneurship anchored in the Hunter Valley under the Australian sun. Lindeman’s remarkable global popularity has been driven by the simple and personal philosophy of Dr Henry Lindeman, who planted the first Lindeman’s vines in the Hunter Valley in 1843.
