Michael Cooper (2010 Vintage) says
Grown at Lowburn, the 2010 vintage was mostly handled in tanks, but 30 per cent was fermented in French oak barrels (one-third new). Made in a dry style (4 grams/litre of residual sugar), it has a slightly creamy, nutty bouquet, firm acid spine and lemony, appley flavours showing a touch of complexity.

Michael Cooper (2008 Vintage) says
Grown at Lowburn and harvested at 24 to 25 brix, the 2008 vintage was mostly handled in tanks, but 20 per cent was fermented in French oak puncheons. It's a fresh-scented, full-bodied wine with very satisfying depth of lemony, appley, slightly spicy flavour, a dryish finish (5 grams/litre of residual sugar) and good harmony.
