Ray Jordan (2009 Vintage) says
Good season for cabernet in this region with the result that fruit has attained full ripeness. Has that cool climate leafy tobacco character which works well with the ripe black currant characters. The palate is soft and generous with stacks of lush plush fruit. Fine ripe tannins and good oak treatment complete a very nice wine. Developing nicely and will handle some cellaring.

Ray Jordan (2007 Vintage) says
Rather stylish cabernet with the powerful blackcurrant and minty characters of cabernet obvious from the first sniff. It's deep and ark with masses of juicy ripe fruit. The light cedary oak is applied with deft touch and the palate has substance and structure. Classy wine.

Typical cabernet nose, with raisin-ripe fruit flavours and a green streak running through it. Good tannins.
