Rosado basically means this is a Rose style. It's light-bodied and off-dry in nature, with smells of raspberries, red cherries and cinnamon on the nose. The palate is a tad sweet at first, but gives way to red fruits and soft spice flavours, crunchy acidity, and a refreshing finish. Stick some on ice, and enjoy with some salmon and cream cheese on crackers.

Appearance: Pink Blush

Nose: Fresh and fragrant with lifted ripe strawberry fruit and delicate orange peel essence.

Palate: Seductive flavours of berries, cherries and rhubarb are underpinned by the soft spice of cool-climate cloves. Beautifully balanced, light in alcohol with a lively textural emphasis. The long, refreshing palate finishes crisp with an elegant touch of sweetness.

Food: Perfect as an aperitif, or served with tapas, seafood, spicy Asian foods or try with a Portuguese-style salt cod fritter with aioli (Bolinhos de bacalhau.)

Alcohol: 11.5%

Hurrah! How good is rose? Really good, I reckon. This is a sweet and savoury style with a thirst-quenching feel yet a stony, dry finish. Bright fruit, medium bodied for the style and a good vibe.

A light strawberry-red colour, this 50/50 blend of grenache and mourvedre has a slight sweetness to it, some lovely bright-red fruit aromas, really fresh and pure. The palate s off-dry and offers crunchy, easy red fruits. Hot days, here we come.
