MadFish Vera's Cuvee Methode Traditionnelle

Cracka Review

The colour is very pale with no hint of the red Pinot Noir grapes used in its formation. The nose is fresh and light with citrus and floral aromas complemented by some bready characters. The palate is again fresh and light with a fine bead and a crisp lively finish.

A nicely mad sparkling white from pinot and chsrdonnay from the Great Southern. It's crisp with a faint hint of biscuit and cashew against the more primary fruit characters. The mousse is bright and light. Consistent mouth feel through the middle palate and fresh lift on the on the finish.
