Michael Cooper (2011 Vintage) says
The 2009 vintage is full-bodied (14 per cent alcohol), with ripe pear and spice aromas and flavours, showing good varietal character, a slightly oily texture and very good depth. In its infancy, the 2011 is disappointing - peachy, honeyed and smooth, but lacking fragrance and depth.

Priced sharply and enjoyable from the start, the 2008 vintage is a floral, weighty wine (14.5 per cent alcohol) with very good depth of peachy, spicy, slightly sweet flavours, balanced for easy drinking.
