This is a showy Chardonnay that balances opulence of fruit with a pastry like complexity and the intriguing scent of struck match. Amazing concentration on the palate with flavours of grapefruit balanced by natural acids and a really structured finish. A Chardonnay that will cellar well but is best served with rich food dishes like lobster or creamy chicken dishes.
Aromas of fresh citrus fruits and freshly melted butter on warm toast lead into a fine focused wine exhibiting fresh acidity and the clean lingering finish of fresh grapefruit.
This wine is bottled and protected under screw cap as we believe it is the best closure for quality wine.
