Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (2010 Vintage) says
Estate-grown in North Canterbury, the 2010 vintage is fresh and medium-bodied (10 per cent alcohol), with good depth of lemony, gently sweet (23 grams/litre of residual sugar) flavours, ripe and rounded. Balanced for easy drinking, it’s enjoyable now. (The 2009 vintage is much sweeter - see Sweet White Wines.)

Michael Cooper (2009 Vintage) says
A low-alcohol style, for the mother-in-law', the 2009 vintage was harvested at 19.4 brix in North Canterbury. Light (8.5 per cent alcohol) and lively, it is crisp, lemony and appley, with gentle sweetness (80 grams/litre of residual sugar) and very good flavour depth. Worth cellaring. (The 2010 is a medium style.)
