James Halliday (2011 Vintage) says
Light straw-green; fermented and matured for 12 months in a mix of new and used French oak, and taken part-way through mlf; this approach has worked well, taming the acidity, introducing some creamy/nutty nuances, but not compromising the white peach varietal fruit.

James Halliday (2010 Vintage) says
Developed straw-green; it has a complex bouquet of peach and oak with differing inputs ex barrel fermentation; the palate is likewise textured, partly reflecting 40% mlf; the one weakness of the wine is diminished intensity on the finish and aftertaste.

James Halliday (2008 Vintage) says
Light-bodied, very much in the citrus/ grapefruit aroma and flavour range, and has been well made, the use of French oak restrained, and only partial mlf.

James Halliday (2007 Vintage) says
Developed yellow-gold; a broad, rich, peachy style with barrel ferment influences adding to the overall impact.
