James Halliday (2010 Vintage) says
A wine that shows the extra depth that the Mornington Peninsula seems to attain with its pinot gris, perhaps reflecting the fact that it was one of the first out of the blocks with the variety (along with Tasmania) and the suitability of the climate. That said, the flavours are 100% mainstream.

Clear-cut varietal character achieved without excess alcohol or sweetness; musk, apricot and a touch of ginger spice. A pinot gris with attitude.

Water-white; aromatic musk, spice and pear; only 13.8 ° alcohol, but in a Vendage Tardive Alsace style.
