This wine is made from the native pansa blanca grape (also known as xarel-lo), it's a fruity, easy-drinking style of wine that shows lots of green apples and pears on the nose, along with a nice squeeze of lemony citrus. The palate is crisp and frisky with appley flavours, a touch of honey savouriness, a very slight kiss of sweetness, before a clean, fresh finish.
Up front, juicy but not tutti-frutti, and a gentle savoury finish. Very clean fine tannins are glossy and round in the mouth, a good nutty, very gently bitter phenolic. The finish is very very tidy.
