Michael Cooper (2006 Vintage) says
The 2006 vintage was harvested at 25.6 brix and oak-aged for 18 months. It's a deeply coloured, gutsy (14 per cent alcohol) and spicy wine, but now slightly past its best.

Michael Cooper (2000 Vintage) says
Oak-aged for a year, the easy-drinking 2000 vintage is a full-coloured Northland red with sweet, ripe fruit characters, mouthfilling body (14 per cent alcohol) and good depth of spicy, brambly flavour, fresh and smooth.
