From vines planted in 2000 in the Moy Hall Vineyard, the 2009 vintage includes 4 per cent Viognier and was matured for 16 months in French oak casks (25 per cent new). Finely textured, it is drinking well now, with concentrated, plummy, peppery, complex flavours, very savoury, supple and harmonious.
