Martinborough Vineyard Syrah Viognier

Expert Reviews

Australian Gourmet Traveller Wine Magazine (2010 Vintage) says
Supple and appealing wine in a moderately light style with a delicately perfumed aroma and red cherry, berry, floral and spice flavours. Supremely elefant, with a seductively smooth texture and lingering, linear finish.

Michael Cooper (2009 Vintage) says
From vines planted in 2000 in the Moy Hall Vineyard, the 2009 vintage includes 4 per cent Viognier and was matured for 16 months in French oak casks (25 per cent new). Finely textured, it is drinking well now, with concentrated, plummy, peppery, complex flavours, very savoury, supple and harmonious.
