Massoni El Nino Pinot Noir

Cracka Rating

Cracka Review

Loads of sweet red fruits decorate the nose and palate, along worth hints of earthy savouriness. The palate is medium-bodied and juicy, with friendly acidity, soft tannins, and a dry, succulent, sweetly-fruited finish. It's a bargain you can enjoy anytime, any place, anywhere.

Winemaker's Notes

Medium red, typical of Pinot Noir. A fragrant bouquet of primary strawberry fruit, exotic spices and some sweet leather secondary characters. The palate is rich, ripe and generous. Juicy confectionery flavours abound with the strawberry varietal fruit to the fore. This wine is made for current consumption or short-term cellaring.

Produced from fruit grown in the Yarra Valley region of Victoria. Wines from this region are known for the floral lift and smooth middle palate characters. This wine has a bouquet of strawberry, exotic spices and red cherries. The palate is rich, ripe and generous. A soft, supple and easy drinking wine. Perfect with rice, duck and tuna or salmon dishes.
