Cracka Review

Hailing from the the Margaret River, this elegant, sultry little minx is sourced from low-yielding vineyards to ensure added concentration of flavours. It is certainly a sweetly-fruited, pepper little number on the nose and palate, together with licks of coffee and anise. The palate is more medium-bodied with lots of spicy flavours, slinky tannins, and a dry, balanced finish.

Winemaker's Notes

Appearance: Deep purple/red.

Nose: : Aromas of freshly cracked white pepper, spice and sweet berry fruits, with a hint of mocha and vanillin oak.

Palate: Soft fine grained tannins, with pepper, spice, berry and chocolate flavours on the finish. Well balanced with good length.

Food: Char-grilled porterhouse streak served with a mustard butter sauce and seasonal vegetables

Cellaring: Drink now or cellar for up to 8 years.
