Sourced from the cool climate region of Pemberton in West Australia's south. This early drinking, fresh and vibrant Chardonnay has everything you want and nothing you don't.
Sourced from our Smithbrook vineyard in the cool Pemberton region, this Chardonnay was aged in new and seasoned French oak for approximately 8 months. A weekly lees stirring was used to improve the depth, complexity and textural qualities of the wine.
Colour: Bright with a pale gold hue.
Aroma: The wine exhibits fresh grapefruit and stone fruit aromas with supporting vanillin oak. Extended lees contact has imparted a complex aromatic dimension to the wine.
Palate: The palate is dry with a mealy and rich texture. Medium-bodied, this wine displays a vibrant stone fruit intensity that is aptly supported by spicy French oak leading to a persistent finish.
