The 2010 vintage, certified organic, was hand-picked and fermented in a mix of tanks and French oak hogsheads. Full-bodied, it is freshly scented, with rich, citrusy, slightly spicy flavours, lively acidity and a dryish (5 grams/litre of residual sugar), slightly creamy, lingering finish. Best drinking mid-2012+.
