Mission Estate Reserve Pinot Noir

Expert Reviews

Nick Stock (2008 Vintage) says
Darker red-purple colour from this ripe-smelling Central Otago pinot. Ripe, dark cherry and fresh, earthy spices. The palate has a bright, fleshy entry, plenty of richness and sturdy, ripe tannins. Quite a bold wine that brings dark-cherry flavour and solid length. Brooding and young - best in a few years.

Michael Cooper (2006 Vintage) says
The 2006 vintage was grown in the Cromwell Basin, Central Otago, and French oak-aged. Deep and youthful in colour, it is sturdy, with strong, ripe cherry and plum flavours, fresh, fairly firm and still developing. Drink 2010+.
