The softly mouthfilling 2008 vintage was harvested at over 24 brix, fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured for 10 months in barrels (25 per cent new). Ruby-hued, it's a very easy-drinking style, with moderately concentrated cherry, plum and spice flavours, ripe and supple.
