Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (2011 Vintage) says
Estate-grown at a cool, elevated, inland site in Hawke's Bay, the 2011 vintage was lees-aged in tanks. Medium-bodied, it has strong melon, passionfruit and lime flavours, fresh, crisp and lively, and a basically dry (4.5 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish. Priced sharply.

Michael Cooper (2008 Vintage) says
Estate-grown at a cool, elevated, inland site in Hawke's Bay, the 2008 vintage was handled entirely in tanks. Medium-bodied, with slightly 'sweaty', ripe-fruit aromas, it has concentrated tropical-fruit flavours, with fresh acidity and a lingering, off-dry (6 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish. Priced sharply.
