Moorilla Muse Series Sauvignon Blanc

Expert Reviews

Jeremy Oliver (2012 Vintage) says
Long, taut and mineral, with a pungent, lightly floral and meaty bouquet whose earthy, waxy and lanolin-like aroams of melon, lychees and lemon reveal undertones of fresh vanilla oak, cloves and spices, with a cheesy note. It's full-on complex, with a generous length and depth of fruit augmented by barrell ferment and extended less influences, finishing with pleasing integration and harmony, balance and a refreshing lemony acid finish.

Jeremy Oliver (2011 Vintage) says
Intense, vegetal and rather sweaty, with pungent aromas of gooseberries, lychees and blackcurrant. It's long and juicy, with a green-edged presence of intense fruit flavour underpinned by dusty vanilla oak and finishing with a slightly edgy acidity.

Nick Stock (2009 Vintage) says
A complex sauvignon showing some development here: it's melons and stone fruits, some lime citrus too, all very settled and even. The palate shows some impressive weight, flowing texture and tropical-fruit flavour; balanced and tidy resolve.
