Mornington Estate Pinot Noir
The Mornington Peninsula can proudly boast world class Pinot Noir and while this might not be the equivalent of a top Burgundy what it does offer is amazing drinkable Pinot that’s not going to burn the budget. It’s got innate Pinosity, in that it’s earthy and full of cherry and earth aromas before delivering a soft, supple palate with silky tannins. This is the kind of wine you’d want to open mid-week with a pasta or pizza, it does not steal, the show it compliments.
