Morton IQ7

Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (2006 Vintage) says
IQ7' stands for 'improving quietly for seven years'. Released in late 2006, this blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier started life in 1999 as Morton Premium Brut, then spent seven years on its yeast lees. Straw-hued, with intensely yeasty, bready aromas, it is crisp, nutty, dryish and tight, with good complexity and vigour.
