Grown at Waipara, in North Canterbury, the light lemon-green 2004 vintage was French oak-fermented, with 10 months in barrel and full malolactic fermentation. It's an elegant, concentrated wine, youthful, with citrus fruit, peach and butterscotch flavours, rich and rounded. Delicious drinking now onwards.
