Michael Cooper (2000 Vintage) says
This is a rarity: a sparkling Sauvignon Blanc, intended to be 'a fruit-driven style with bubbles ... a taste of summer'. A bottle-fermented Marlborough wine, briefly lees-aged, the 2000 vintage is pale, with green, herbaceous characters on the nose and palate. Fresh, simple, lively and tangy, it's a fun wine.

Michael Cooper (1999 Vintage) says
This is a rarity - a sparkling Sauvignon Blanc. Made by Mount Riley to be 'a fruit-driven style with bubbles ... a taste of summer', it's a bottle-fermented Marlborough wine from the 1999 vintage, briefly lees-aged. An aperitif style, it offers loads of Sauvignon Blanc character, fresh and tangy, crisp and lively. A fun wine.

Michael Cooper says
A fun style, made entirely from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, this unique wine is bottle-fermented but only briefly lees-aged. It is typically dryish (6 grams/litre of residual sugar in the 2006 vintage), fresh and vivacious, with plenty of appley, limey flavour and a smooth finish.
