Moutere Hills Barrique Fermented Sauvignon Blanc

Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (1999 Vintage) says
Pale, with fresh, limey aromas, the 1998 vintage is a blend of Nelson and Marlborough fruit, with 35 per cent of the final blend fermented and matured for four months in oak. Passionfruit and lime flavours are to the fore, with a very light seasoning of wood, leading to a slightly off-dry, freshly acidic finish.
