Estate-grown at Bannockburn, the 2010 vintage was hand-picked and tank-fermented. Full-bodied and fresh, it's a drier style than many (5 grams/litre of residual sugar), with good intensity of citrus-fruit, spice and nectarine flavours, a touch of lees-aging complexity and a refreshingly crisp finish. It's still unfolding.
