Michael Cooper (2007 Vintage) says
The 2007 vintage was late-picked at Bannockburn, in Central Otago, and produced in a medium style (25 grams/litre of residual sugar). Ripely scented, it is sturdy and ripe, with lush, citrusy, peachy, faintly honeyed flavours, still very vibrant and youthful. Well worth cellaring.

Michael Cooper (2001 Vintage) says
The 2001 vintageis a single-vineyard Bannockburn, Central Otago wine, fleshy and rounded, with peachy, spicy flavours, ripe and smooth. It's a full-bodied wine with quite rich flavours.
