Michael Cooper (2006 Vintage) says
The outstanding 2006 vintage was hand-picked at 23 to 24 brix, with 'very little' botrytis. It's a medium style (18 grams/litre of residual sugar) with a scented, citrusy, faintly honeyed bouquet. Very crisp, vibrant and zingy, it shows lovely purity, delicacy and intensity, building across the palate to a citrusy, slightly minerally, very rich finish.

The 2004 vintage was hand-picked at Waipara at 20 to 21.5 brix. Tangy, limey and distinctly minerally, it's a medium style (15 grams/litre of residual sugar) with good varietal character and depth and a fresh, tight finish.

Showing lovely lightness and freshness, the 2002 vintagewas stop-fermented in a medium style (15 grams/litre sugar). A pale, green-tinged wine, it is finely balanced, with strong lemon/apple flavours, crisp and vivacious. (Note: the Riesling Dry was not produced in 2002 or 2003.)

Michael Cooper (2001 Vintage) says
The 2001 vintage is a vivacious wine, stop-fermented in a medium/dry style (14 grams/litre of sugar). Fresh, crisp, lemony and appley, it's a highly attractive wine, but less striking than the 2000
