Grown at the Blue Rock vineyard, south of Martinborough, and matured for 15 months in new French oak barriques, with full malolactic fermentation, the yellow-hued 1999 vintage is a big, upfront style. It's very mouthfilling (14.5 per cent alcohol), with rich, peachy, citrusy, toasty, slightly honeyed flavours and a rounded finish. Ready
