Still very tight and youthful, the 2003 vintage was harvested at 29. 3 brix in the Home vineyard at Upper Moutere, with a 'high proportion of botrytis shrivel', and stop-fermented with 11. 5 per cent alcohol and 103 grams per litre of residual sugar. Light yellow/green, with a scented, honeyish bouquet
