A consistently impressive wine. The 2007 vintage was hand-picked at over 24 brix in the Cromwell Basin and at Gibbston, tank-fermented and lees-aged for nine months. Pale straw, it's a full-bodied wine (14 per cent alcohol), fresh and vibrant, with ripe peach and slight apricot flavours, balanced acidity and a long, dry (2 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish.
