Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (2008 Vintage) says
From Ngatarawa winery, based in Hawke's Bay, the 2008 vintage is a supple, ripely flavoured red, based on 11-year-old vines at Te Muna. Bright ruby, it is cherryish, plummy and savoury, with French oak complexity (45 per cent new), very good depth and good cellaring potential.
