The grapes are cultivated on the hillside vineyards of Treviso, Italy. The fermentation occurs into autoclave, by means of selected leavens and following the best Charmat’s method traditions.
The product is a fine Brut, one with a persistent “perlage”. Light straw-coloured wine, dry taste, harmonious and agreeable.
Food Pairing: The perfect hors-d’œvre wine or served with a main meal. Serve chilled 6-8°C.
