The Black Chook Sparkling Cuvée is a non-vintage wine produced from cool climate Chardonnay,
predominantly 3-5 years of age. Its clean, aromatic nose, elegant soft fruit palate, and velvety
creaminess, is backed up by a fresh zippy finish, due to the blending of younger vintage Chardonnay.
Fruit for The Black Chook Sparkling Cuvée is sourced from premium grape growing regions
on the Limestone Coast in South Australia; namely Padthaway.
The Black Chook Sparkling Cuvée has a bouquet of radiant lime,
citrus and green apple, accentuated by a finely bubbled palate with a crisp refreshing finish.
