So called because whole bunches were loaded into a barrel and left to ferment for 186 days, yielding just 80 litres of this elixir. The purity and red fruit fragrance here is magnificent: there s raspberry and hints of red licorice, with a floral edge too. The palate s supple, bright, juicy and beautifully rounded, offering smooth tannin texture with a mellow build and unbelievably fresh finish. Tannins linger nutty at the finish. Bottle number 10.
