Oddfellows Wines Cabernet Sauvignon

Cracka Rating

Cracka Review

You’d be an oddfellow not to want to drink this extremely drinkable Cabernet. It’s made by a collective of like-minded souls, who all work in the wine industry sharing a vision to produce wines of distinction. Lots of varietal charm on offer, with a Cabernet that’s big and brooding with lots of rich, fruit flavours, some muscular tannins and great length. Make sure you match that core of black fruits and chocolate with some barbecued lamb.

Winemaker's Notes

Silky smooth and muscular, with a rich full bodied consistency and velvety tannins. A finely structured wine with strong cassis, chocolate and generous length.

James Halliday (2004 Vintage) says
Licorice, prune, blackcurrant and chocolate intermingle; however, cabernet sauvignon at this alcohol level is inflammable.
