Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (2002 Vintage) says
The 2002 vintage was 80 per cent barrel fermented, and half the final blend underwent a softening malolactic fermentation. Verging on four-star quality, it's a mouthfilling wine with beautifully ripe, melon/grapefruit flavours seasoned with biscuity oak, good delicacy and depth and a rounded finish. Drink now or cellar.

Michael Cooper (1999 Vintage) says
The 1999 vintage was fermented and aged for 10 months in French and American oak casks. Light yellow, it's an easy-drinking wine with good body and depth of grapefruit and peach flavours, slight minerally characters and a smooth finish.
