Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (2004 Vintage) says
The 2003 vintage was estate-grown at Bannockburn in Central Otago, harvested at 20.6 to 21.3 brix, and fermented to an almost dry style. Pale lemon/green, with freshly acidic, appley flavours, it's a solid but green-edged wine. The 2004 is pale, with fresh, pleasant lemon and green-apple flavours, crisp and slightly sweet (6.7 grams/litre of residual sugar), but lacks real richness.
