Michael Cooper (2003 Vintage) says
The 2003 vintage was grown inland from Pleasant Point, near Timaru. Fermented in a mix of tanks and barrels, it was matured for 10 months in seasoned French oak barriques, with some lees-aging and malolactic fermentation. A medium-bodied wine, crisp, appley and green-edged, it lacks real ripeness and richness, but is fresh and lively.

Michael Cooper (2001 Vintage) says
The 2001 vintage was grown inland from Pleasant Point, near Timaru, light lemon/green, with a slightly honeyed bouquet, it's a pleasant, medium-bodied wine, fresh and citrusy, but lacks any real weight and richness.

Michael Cooper (2000 Vintage) says
Verging on three-star quality, the 2000 vintage was grown inland from Pleasant Point, near Timaru. Lemony and faintly honeyed, with moderate complexity, it's a solid, slightly biscuity wine, fresh and crisp.
