James Halliday (2002 Vintage) says
Rich melon and citrus offset by creamy cashew notes; deft oak, good length.

James Halliday (2000 Vintage) says
Medium yellow-green; the bouquet is complex, with smoky/tangy aromas reflecting the interplay of terroir with chardonnay. The light to medium-bodied palate is lively and fresh, with tangy citrus and stone fruit flavours to the fore. Clever winemaking has got the oak/fruit balance spot on.

James Halliday (1997 Vintage) says
Medium yellow-green; the bouquet is quite fragrant, with plenty of melon fruit and the type of supple oak which only Dargaud & Jaegle can impart. The medium-bodied palate features ripe melon and stone fruit flavours harmoniously melded with gently spicy oak.
