Good drinking now, Palliser Estate's second-tier wine from 1995 was partly aged sur lie in tanks and partly fermented and matured in French and American oak. It's a pale, fresh, distinctly cool-climate style with good fruit/wood balance and tight, citrusy, appley, nutty flavours.
